After applicants submitted resumes, we will check and verify all the documents to make sure the applicants meet the requirements.
In the next step, we will have an interview with each applicant via Skype. During the interview, the recruiter will ask your previous employment records, teaching methods, and personalities. Applicants can also ask any questions about Taiwan, teaching positions, VISA applications, or anything you would like to know in advance.
We will offer suggestions based on the preferences of the applicants and the public schools will then select a perfect fit foreign teacher from the lists of candidates.

Once the candidate is selected by the school, we will go through the details with the candidate to confirm that the teacher clearly understands the terms and content of the contract.
We will then send a job offer letter with an electronic version of the contract attached for teachers to sign.
