   PIDI was established in June 1989, initially focusing on corporate talent recruitment and staffing services. In response to the 2030 Bilingual Policy, the company established a Foreign Teacher Employment Division in 2021, dedicated to assisting local governments in recruiting foreign English teachers for public Elementary, JHS and Senior High Schools. Our mission is to enhance students’ English learning environment and boost their global competitiveness.

   We firmly believe that language learning is not only about knowledge acquisition but also a vital path to developing international perspectives in young learners. Therefore, we actively collaborate with schools and educational institutions at all levels to provide highly qualified foreign teachers, promote multicultural exchange, and support students' growth in immersive English environments.
